We are pleased to share details of proposed improvements to the Kingsley Healthcare home in Griston. Kingsley Healthcare, alongside its professional team, has worked hard to prepare a design-led care scheme for the site, having carefully considered the local area, its character, and our neighbours.
Kingsley Healthcare, an award-winning local care provider, has operated Thorp House for many years. The home delivers high-quality nursing, residential and dementia care in the peaceful village of Griston. As part of its ongoing commitment to improving care and facilities, Kingsley Healthcare is proposing enhancements and modernisation of the home. Before finalising plans, we welcome feedback from local residents and stakeholders. Please return all feedback by 11th May 2026.
Kingsley Healthcare is bringing forward proposals to enhance and modernise its existing care home in Griston, forming part of ambitious plans to offer residents the very best level of care and facilities. The proposals seek to upgrade the existing building, improve the overall environment for residents and ensure the home continues to meet modern standards of care within a high-quality setting.
